THE iTELEHELTH REQUIREMENTS

  1. ‏Billing information for the setup and monthly subscription fees (Registered company name, tax number)
  • Once off setup fee R 1500
  • Monthly subscription R 166
  • We require the company trading details, address as well as tax number please

 

  1. Onboarding and interface introduction :
  • 3 x suitable date and time options for Ross to complete the onboarding via google meet with you
  1. Zapper required information is as follows:
  • Proof of business address (less than three months old)
  • Proof of business bank account (less than three months old)
  • Copy of the business owner’s ID
  • Company CIPC registration documents/CK documents

Where the authorized representative has been nominated:

  • Letter of appointment on company letterhead signed by all directors nominating authorised signatory / representative
  • Copy of the authorized representative’s ID (less than three months old)
  • Proof of residential address for the authorized representative
  • Personal contact details (personal email and cellphone number)
