Returns Policy – Online Orders
If you want to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or get a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, simply follow the steps below:
- Send an email to email@example.com with your Vision Works Order number detailing the refund or exchange details.
- We will arrange collection from the delivery address.
- Once the frame is received, we assess that it’s in good condition and send you the replacement item or proceed with the refund.
- We request the refund through the Payfast Merchant which is finalised between 7-10 working days.
